Return Policy
If your not completely satisfied you can return the item within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund… no questions asked. Please include shipping invoice. We regret that we do not refund the original shipping costs with the return. Please follow the simple instructions below:
- Contact us to get a RA # (Return Authorization Number) to put on the package mailing address as shown below. You can email ellen@facefirstboutique.com to get your RA#.
- Place the item in its original packaging to ship your product back. Secure any items that can leak into a plastic bag.
- Enclose a copy of your receipt or write your complete name and address, as it appeared on your order.

Return Refunds
Face First Boutique will issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. We regret we are unable to refund the original shipping costs.
It takes up to 7 days to process the return and credit your account. Please note that your bank will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
